A message to our customers about the Coronavirus Pandemic
As I’m sure you’re all aware, the effects of the novel coronavirus are unprecedented and far reaching. Like so many other businesses, Denver Air Connection is grappling with these extraordinary changes. The health and safety of our staff, our passengers, and the communities we serve is of foremost importance. The precautions being taken to prevent the spread of coronavirus have resulted in a drastic decrease in demand for air travel. As we evaluate guidance and directives from state and federal authorities, changes to our operations are necessary. In addition to waiving change and cancel fees for passengers flying between now and April 15, 2020, Denver Air Connection will temporarily cease service to Telluride and Grand Junction until the coronavirus threat subsides. To allow our passengers an opportunity to adjust travel plans, Grand Junction flights will be available until Friday, March 20 and Telluride flights will be available through Sunday, March 22. We anticipate resuming service to Telluride at the start of the summer season just before Memorial day. We are closely monitoring the situation and will resume our Grand Junction service as soon as circumstances permit. Return to our normal schedule is subject to any ongoing efforts to contain the COVID-19 virus. We appreciate the support and understanding of our customers during these difficult times and look forward to serving you again when the situation normalizes.
