Attention Denver Passengers

Beginning on June 4, 2022, Denver Air Connection will be operating from the C Concourse, gate C68.  This gate is located at the far east end of concourse C.

Ticket counter Location and Hours

The Denver Air Connection ticket counter is located on Level 6 of the main terminal, on the east side at the south end, near the JetBlue ticket counters.  The ticket counter opens 3 hours prior to departure and closes 1 hour prior to departure time.

When to arrive at the airport and Check in Information

Originating at Denver
We request that you arrive 2 hours prior to your flight, but no later than 1 hour prior to your departure time.

Ticket counter check-in will close 1 hour prior to departure time. Any passengers not checked in at that time will not be allowed to board. No refunds will be given for missed flights due to late check-in.

Passengers with checked baggage connecting from a United flight who have checked their baggage through to their final destination may check-in at the gate. It is your responsibility to ensure that your baggage is checked through to your final destination. If your baggage was only checked to DEN, you must retrieve your baggage from the baggage claim area and check-in at the Denver Air Connection ticket counter.

Passengers with checked baggage who are not connecting from United or who have purchased separate tickets for their connecting flight must check-in at the ticket counter. You must retrieve your checked baggage from the baggage claim, then check-in at the Denver Air Connection ticket counter with your checked baggage. See the “Originating at Denver” section above for DEN ticket counter times and location. It is your responsibility to leave enough time to complete security screening after checking in at the ticket counter. We recommend a minimum of 90 minutes.

Ticket counter check-in
If you just need some extra help with the check-in process on the date of departure our customer service agents are always available to help get you going with an in-person check-in. Please note, check baggage is accepted beginning two hours before, but not later than one hour prior to your scheduled departure.
