Ticket Counter Location and Hours
The Denver Air Connection ticket counter is located in Terminal 1, between the Air Canada and Alaska Airlines ticket counters. Ticket counter opens 2 hours before flight time and closes one hour prior to departure time.
Online Check-in
Online check-in begins 24 hours prior to departure time and ends 3 hours prior to departure time.
Gate Location and Hours
We depart from Gate B15 in Terminal 1. It is about a 20 minute walk to our gate from the ticket counter.

When to arrive at the airport and Check in Information
We request that you arrive at least 2 hours prior to your flight, but no later than 1 hour prior to your departure time.
Ticket counter check-in will close 1 hour prior to departure time. Any passengers not checked in at that time will not be allowed to board. No refunds will be given for missed flights due to late check-in.
Connecting Flights
Passengers connecting from other airlines with carry-on baggage only can check-in at the gate. Gate check-in begins 1 hour prior to departure time.
Passengers with checked baggage connecting from a United flight who have checked their baggage through to their final destination may check-in at the gate. It is your responsibility to ensure that your baggage is checked through to your final location. If your baggage was only checked to MSP, you must retrieve your baggage from the baggage claim area and check-in at the DAC ticket counter.
Passengers with checked baggage who are not connecting from United or who have purchased separate tickets for their connecting flight must check-in at the ticket counter. You must retrieve your checked baggage from the baggage claim, then check-in at the Denver Air Connection ticket counter with your checked baggage.
See the “Originating at Minneapolis” section above for MSP ticket counter times and location. It is your responsibility to leave enough time to complete security screening after checking in at the ticket counter.

Please note that checked baggage is only accepted 1 hour or more prior to departure.
