Chicago (ORD) – O’Hare International Airport
Attention Chicago Passengers:
Due to construction, we are temporarily operating out of Terminal 3, Gate G15. The aircraft is parked remotely on the tarmac and requires bus transportation. Due to the steps required to load and transport passengers, please allow extra time for boarding. It is important that you arrive at the gate one hour prior to departure. When boarding, proceed to the line in front of the blue door near G17 and have your boarding pass out and ready for the agent as you board transportation.
If you are making a connection from another flight, please allow for the extra time when heading to our gate. Gate G15 is down the escalator located near the end of the G concourse.
Boarding announcements will be made prior to each flight. Please listen for your flight to be called or ask a gate agent for assistance.
