Fare Information
AVAILABLE FARE TYPES
Flexible
The Flexible fare is a refundable fare, with no advance purchase required. Flexible fares allow you to change or cancel your flight up to 60 minutes prior to departure time, without a change or cancel fee.
Non-Refundable
Non-Refundable fares are subject to change/cancel fees, and may not be changed or canceled less than 24 hours prior to departure time. Advanced purchase may be required.

These are minimum recommended times. Holidays, weather, and other factors may increase the amount of time required. Please plan accordingly.
GENERAL TERMS:
Reservations are non-transferrable. Certain fares may require advance purchase. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
TAXES AND FEES:
Fare includes base fare, plus government-imposed taxes and fees: Airport Passenger Facility Charges (PFCs) of up to $18, other government taxes and fees including US Excise taxes, segment fees and security fees.
Additional fees may be incurred, such as baggage fees, change/cancellation fees, etc. A fee of $8 will be incurred for each reservation booked through our call center.
ADVANCE PURCHASE
Certain fares may require advance purchase. Seats are subject to availability.
STANDBY
Passengers holding confirmed reservations and tickets may standby for an earlier same day flight to the same destination.
Passengers intending to standby for a flight from Alliance must check in at least 1.5 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the standby flight.
CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Changes and cancellations for reservations purchased directly from Denver Air Connection must be handled in-person or through our call center. For reservations purchased through a third party, please contact the party from which you purchased your reservation to make changes.
Refundable Fares:
If you cancel your flight, you will receive the entire amount of your ticket value refunded to the original form of payment.
Changes and cancellations must be made at least 60 minutes prior to scheduled departure.
Non-Refundable Fares:
Changes and cancellations for non-refundable fares are subject to a change/cancel fee of up to $50. If you must reschedule, your new reservation will be charged at the current rate and is subject to the change fee, plus any difference in fare. Payment is required at the time the reservation is issued. Changes and cancellations are not permitted less than 24 hours prior to departure time. Within 24 hours of departure time, you are committed to your reservation. No refunds, transfers, or rescheduling are permitted.
For reservations made more than 7 days prior to departure, you may cancel within the first 24 hours of making that reservation without penalty.
Non-refundable fares may not be upgraded to refundable fares.
CHECK-IN

NO-SHOW
Customers who fail to cancel or change their reservation at least 60 minutes prior to travel and who do not board their flight will be considered a No Show, and all remaining funds on the reservation will be forfeitted, including Refundable fare types.
DELAYS
Weather Delays
For weather delays exceeding 1 hour, change fees will be waived for passengers wishing to reschedule to another available flight. Flights delayed due to weather will depart as soon as weather conditions permit. For flights cancelled due to weather, DAC will either refund the purchase price of the DAC ticket, or reschedule the passenger on another available DAC flight. If you did not book your travel directly with us please contact your booking agent.
Mechanical Delays
For mechanical delays exceeding 1 hour, change fees will be waived for passengers wishing to reschedule to another available Denver Air Connection flight.
For a mechanical delay of more than 5 hours, DAC will either refund the purchase price of the DAC ticket, or reschedule the passenger on another available Denver Air Connection flight.
This policy extends to Denver Air Connection flights only. If you did not book your travel directly with us please contact your booking agent.
