We request that you arrive 2 hours prior to your flight, but no later than 1 hour prior to your departure time.
Ticket counter check-in will close 1 hour prior to departure time. Any passengers not checked in at that time will not be allowed to board. No refunds will be given for missed flights due to late check-in.
Connecting Flights
Passengers connecting from other airlines with carry-on baggage only can check-in at the gate. Gate check-in begins 1 hour prior to departure time.
Passengers with checked baggage connecting from a United, American, or Delta Air Lines flight who have checked their baggage through to their final destination may check-in at the gate. It is your responsibility to ensure that your baggage is checked through to your final destination. If your baggage was only checked to ATL, you must retrieve your baggage from the baggage claim area, and check-in at the DAC ticket counter.
Passengers with checked baggage who are not connecting from United, American, or Delta Air Lines, or who have purchased separate tickets for their connecting flight must check-in at the ticket counter. You must retrieve your checked baggage from the baggage claim, then check-in at the Denver Air Connection ticket counter with your checked baggage. See the “Originating at Atlanta” section above for ATL ticket counter times and location. It is your responsibility to leave enough time to complete security screening after checking in at the ticket counter.
Passengers must be at the boarding gate on time. Once the boarding door closes, you will be unable to board the flight. No refunds will be given for missed flights due to late arrival at the boarding gate regardless of whether you were already checked-in or have a confirmed seat.
If you are traveling with a paper ticket, or just need some extra help with the check-in process on the date of departure our customer service agents are always available to help get you going with an in-person check-in.
