Online check-in begins 24 hours prior to departure time and ends 3 hours prior to departure time. If you are traveling with checked baggage, you must check-in at the ticket counter. Checked bags are accepted at the ticket counter up to one hour prior to departure. Please arrive at least 60 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.

Whether you check-in online or in person, it is your responsibility to allow enough time to complete the security screening process at the airport and be present at the departure gate on time.

Ticket Counter Information

The Denver Air Connection ticket counter is located in the main terminal of the Muskegon County Airport. The ticket counter opens 90 minutes before flight time and closes 45 minutes before departure time.

If you are traveling with a paper ticket, or just need some extra help with the check-in process on the date of departure our customer service agents are always available to help get you going with an in-person check-in. Please note that checked baggage is only accepted 1 hour or more prior to departure.

When to arrive at the airport and Check in Information

We request that you arrive 90 minutes prior to your flight, but no later than 1 hour prior to your departure time.

Check-in will close 45 minutes prior to departure time, to allow sufficient time for TSA screening. The TSA requires 45 minutes to complete the screening process for checked baggage. Passengers who have not checked in at least 45 minutes prior to departure will be unable to board the flight.

Passengers arriving at the 45-minute cutoff may not have enough time to complete the screening process and will be unable to board the flight if the screening process cannot be completed. No refunds will be given for missed flights due to late check-in.
